Job summary

Carlisle is seeking a Field Service Representative I to deliver field service support for roofing systems across a designated region. The role includes inspecting installations, training customers, and documenting activities to ensure quality, warranty compliance, and customer satisfaction.

The position is typically Monday–Friday with travel by vehicle or air; a valid driver's license and roofing/construction experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree and 2 years roofing/construction experience.
• 1 year of roofing or construction experience.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct inspections of completed roof installations and document CCM reports.
• Conduct Job Site Visits to oversee installations and communicate technical details; identify errors and recommend corrective measures.
• Draft letters and reports to roofers, owners, architects, and consultants outlining corrective measures to meet specifications and warranty requirements.
• Provide telephone assistance to roofing applicators regarding project specifications and warranty requirements, collaborating with CCM departments.
• Schedule and conduct training programs for CCM roofing applicators, demonstrate installations, and train crew members.
• Mentor and train newly hired Field Service Representatives and complete trainee feedback.
• Coordinate job start-ups with contractor offices and provide on-site training for crews, including membrane layout and insulation installation.
• Conduct warranty claims investigations and prepare standard investigation reports for Warranty Services.
