Job summary

Stryker in Minnesota is seeking an Associate Field Service Representative to perform on-site installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs of robotic systems and instrumentation. You will support customers via phone and at their sites, ensuring operational quality and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a high school diploma, 3+ years of relevant experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Flexibility for evenings/weekends and travel is expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installations, preventive maintenance and repairs of Stryker robotic systems and instrumentation.
• Provide phone and on-site customer support to ensure satisfaction and renewals of service agreements.
• Travel and assist in other Field Service territories as needed.
• Schedule and document field service activities and engineering updates (ECN's).
• Instruct and train customers on operation and maintenance of equipment and software.
