Job summary

Stryker, in Minnesota, seeks an Associate Field Service Representative to perform on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs of our robotic systems and instrumentation. You will act as a liaison with customers, ensure service quality, and support renewals with the field team.

You will schedule and execute preventive maintenance, train customers, and contribute to engineering updates while traveling across Field Service territories.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Valid Driver’s license with good driving record.
• Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs of equipment.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and provide phone and on-site support.
• Verify and approve operational quality of Stryker systems and equipment.
• Travel and assist in other Field Service territories.
• Prepare and submit field service documentation.
• Instruct and train customers on operation and maintenance and upgrades.
