Stryker is seeking an Associate Field Service Representative to perform on-site installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs of equipment in Northern Minnesota. You will support customers by phone and on-site, verify quality of Stryker systems, and travel within field territories as required.
The role requires strong field service and customer interaction skills, with a preference for candidates with engineering-related education. Shifts are Mon-Fri with flexible hours.
Field-based for Northern Minnesota starting in northern Minneapolis.
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, flexible
As the Associate Field Service Representative, you will perform independent and/or supervised on-site installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs of equipment. You will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction and providing both phone and on-site customer support. Also, verifying and approving the operational quality of Stryker systems and equipment.
