You will maintain data integrity in the service database, collaborate with the Scheduling Analyst and Service Support Team, and travel up to 25% depending on business needs. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Associate degree (AA) preferred/AA with technical major or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform calibration and preventative maintenance on weighing and wrapping equipment.
• Perform PC networking and software configuration.
• Update and ensure data integrity of the service database.
• Assist Scheduling Analyst and Service Support Team as necessary.
• Travel up to 25% depending on business needs.
• Accurately submit paperwork daily via company laptop.
• Provide timely problem analysis to higher-level technicians when escalation is needed.
