Job summary

NCR Voyix in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Field Service Technician I to install, maintain, and service self-checkout systems and related electromechanical equipment across an assigned territory. You will participate in hands-on training and work with a team that supports major retail clients.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel and operate in a field setting.
• Flexibility with rotating day/evening shifts.
• Basic PC skills and equipment handling.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
