Job summary

Acorn Stairlifts, Inc. is seeking dependable Field Service Technicians to diagnose, install, repair and maintain stairlift systems in customers’ homes in the Houston area. You’ll work independently, manage schedules, and deliver professional service.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical, electrical, or technical aptitude.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Experience in field service or hands-on trades preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain Acorn stairlift systems in customers’ homes.
• Perform preventive maintenance and annual safety inspections.
• Provide professional customer service by explaining repairs and operations.
• Work independently within an assigned territory, managing schedules, work orders, documentation, and communication.
