Qualifications

• Strong mechanical, electrical, or technical aptitude; field service experience preferred.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and mobile applications for scheduling, documentation, and communication.
• Ability to manage daily workloads, prioritize multiple service calls, and work independently.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain Acorn stairlift systems in customers’ homes.
• Perform preventive maintenance and annual safety inspections with high-quality workmanship.
• Explain repairs, equipment operation, and maintenance recommendations to customers.
• Work independently across an assigned territory with structured schedules and documentation via a mobile device.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain organized company vehicle and inventory.
