Job summary

Acorn Stairlifts in the United States is seeking dependable Field Service Technicians to diagnose, repair, install, and maintain stairlift systems in customers' homes, with emphasis on safety and quality.

You will work independently in assigned territories, perform preventive maintenance, document work orders on a mobile device, and uphold safety standards while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service or hands-on technical trades preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently in customers’ homes and residential settings.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain stairlift systems in customers’ homes.
• Perform preventive maintenance and annual safety inspections with high-quality workmanship.
• Explain repairs, equipment operation, and maintenance recommendations to customers.
