Qualifications

• Associates degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science, Information Services, or related field; excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational skills.
• Two years' experience in repair, maintenance, and installation of computers, peripheral equipment, and word processing systems, including at least one year at an intermediate level.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service support for the assigned region by communicating with customers, responding to calls promptly, and understanding needs and expectations.
• Manage territory by maximizing productivity, keeping dispatch informed, closing calls timely, coordinating with the customer and management, and performing preventive maintenance of equipment on a scheduled basis.
• Manage inventory by accounting for parts usage and returns, use good judgment in parts ordering to optimize resources, and involve management for issues not meeting customer needs.
• Submit accurate expense reports, time cards, field service reports, time off requests, and purchase orders by the deadlines.
• Maintain a consistently positive, cooperative, self-motivated, courteous, and professional attitude as an essential function of this position.
