Job summary

SmartFlower LLC in Massachusetts is seeking a hands-on technician to join our engineering and field service team. The role covers servicing complex electro-mechanical equipment, installations, and remote troubleshooting with customers across North America.

Based in Woburn, MA, you’ll help manage service cases, part fulfillment, and system refurbishment while driving improvements and ensuring service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus vocational training or associate/bachelor’s in electrical, mechanical or renewable energy.
• Hands-on field experience with mechanical assembly and electrical work.
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service case escalations and field service calls with Installation and Service Manager.
• Manage North American spare parts including fulfillment and inventory optimization.
• Perform system refurbishment, failure analysis and testing.
• Provide remote troubleshooting and customer training; build relationships with customers.
• Monitor service KPIs such as order fulfillment and response times.
• Drive continuous improvement to shop operations and product serviceability.
