Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and willingness to travel.
• Minimum 2+ years in service, repair, or workshop.
• Experience servicing pumps, motors, controls, or rotating equipment.
• Proficiency with SAP, MS Word, and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, fault analyze, warranty qualification, repair, and test pumps in workshop and at customer sites.
• Register customer information, perform risk assessments, and clean pumps per EHS requirements.
• Process warranty claims in FAS, report quality issues in QIP, and prepare quotes for non-warranty repairs.
• Deliver professional repair reports, coordinate packing/shipping, and handle returns/credits.
• Perform workshop maintenance including calibration and upgrades of equipment/tools; conduct safety inspections.
• Maintain relationships with customers, service partners and internal stakeholders while communicating SH&E matters.
