Job summary

Grundfos GmbH in Orlando is seeking a Field Media Service Technician to perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of media systems and pump equipment for our customers.

As part of the Field Service team, you will deliver expert service, diagnose issues, and conduct preventive maintenance while documenting findings. Qualified candidates have 3+ years field service experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel within territory.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on field service, maintenance, or repair experience.
• Experience with pumps, rotating equipment, or industrial media systems.
• EPA or other relevant environmental or safety certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and startup Grundfos media equipment and pump systems on-site at customer facilities.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues to restore equipment to optimal performance.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance according to Grundfos service protocols and manufacturer specifications.
• Document all service activities, parts usage, and technical findings in field service management systems.
• Provide technical guidance and training to customers on proper equipment operation and maintenance best practices.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to identify opportunities for system upgrades and service agreements.
