Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience in pump technology or a comparable industrial environment.
• Technical education in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time and mobilize for field work on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and reassemble pumps, pump systems, and accessories in-shop or at customer sites
• Conduct risk assessments for every task and report on all Safety, Health, and Environment matters
• Advise customers on system shortcomings, recommend preventive solutions, and identify sales leads for stakeholders
• Prepare clear, complete service reports including warranty claims and working hours, ensuring timely submission
• Support project execution including installation, commissioning, diagnostics, and maintenance under service level agreements
• Continuously develop hands-on service capability and master the use of service tools and equipment
