Qualifikationen

• 1+ year in field service or industrial maintenance in food/meat processing or manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Able to diagnose and repair complex equipment.
• Know PLC-controlled machinery and automation systems.
• Able to read schematics and technical documents.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
• Self-motivated, able to work remotely and travel.
• Willingness to travel extensively; valid driver's license.

Aufgaben

• Install, configure, commission, and start up processing equipment at customer facilities.
• Perform functional testing to confirm systems operate as designed before handoff.
• Assist with new equipment deployments, production trials, and process validation activities.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control-related issues.
• Diagnose PLC-driven equipment and coordinate with engineering teams to resolve complex problems.
• Provide remote support during equipment failures and high-priority situations.
• Train operators and maintenance personnel on safe operation and troubleshooting.
• Complete detailed service reports, inspection records, and maintenance logs.
• Manage company-issued tools, diagnostic equipment, and spare parts inventory.
• Comply with OSHA and Lockout/Tagout safety requirements.
