Primary Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to clients, resolving issues per SLA to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on large-scale production equipment using advanced troubleshooting skills.
• Manage maintenance tasks including diagnostics, software loads, installation, and remote resolution.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers, managing inventories and ensuring service quality.
• Guide and assist team members on policies, procedures, and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

• Senior electromechanical experience, troubleshooting electrical circuits, reading schematics (e.g., HVAC, electrician, automotive, military).
• Excellent time management, dependability, and punctuality.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, walk, stand, and drive over 50% of the workday, with safety priority around electrical components.

First 60 Days Success

• Complete onboarding and technical training.
• Understand company culture, call load, territory, and inventory needs.
• Independently complete service calls effectively.
