Job description

Complete Network is looking for a Deployment Technician with an Associates or Bachelors degree in computer science or information technology and one to five years of experience. This is a level 1-2 support position primarily deploying new client workstations and troubleshooting a variety of desktop support issues.

The candidate must have strong technical and communication skills. An entrepreneurial attitude and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision are essential.

The candidate must possess the following skills and experience:

1. Good personality - Able to interact with and support customers while maintaining a friendly attitude
2. Highly organized
3. Excellent time management skills
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills
5. Strong search engine and research capabilities
6. Windows System Administration in a distributed environment - Desktop and Server
7. Active Directory Administration
8. Application Support and Administration
9. Anti-virus administration and malware remediation
10. Backup and recovery software
11. Troubleshooting of hardware and OS issues
12. Mobile device support
13. Networking concepts and hardware
14. Familiarity with network cabling
15. Understanding TCP/IP Networking
16. Managing switches, routers, and firewalls
17. Wireless networks
18. Remote-access and site-to-site VPN

Any of the following skills and/or certifications are a plus:

Other Requirements:

• Candidate must be willing to work overtime and be on call.
• Candidate must have reliable transportation as local travel is required.
