Job summary

CRI Digital Incorporated is seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to diagnose and repair printers, copiers, and related office equipment across Columbus and surrounding Ohio communities. You will install equipment, configure printing and scanning, and ensure devices are fully operational before handoff to customers.

The role requires mechanical/electro-mechanical troubleshooting, safe driving of a box truck, and the ability to work independently in the field with strong communication

Qualifications

• Hands-on technical experience with printers, copiers, and related office equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and methodical troubleshooting.
• Ability to diagnose hardware/software issues, setup and install equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair printers, copiers, and multifunction devices.
• Perform break/fix, parts replacement, adjustments, testing, and preventive maintenance.
• Configure print/scan functionality, drivers, network connectivity.
• Load, deliver, install, and test equipment at customer sites.
• Document service calls and final resolutions clearly.
