Integrated Power Services, LLC. is seeking a Field Service Technician (Rotating Equipment & Precision Millwrighting) to perform on-site diagnostics, precision repairs, and comprehensive overhauls of industrial rotating equipment.

The role emphasizes your mechanical expertise, problem solving, and delivering an unmatched customer experience. You will lead installations, alignments, diagnostics, and testing while ensuring safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with AC/DC motors, gearboxes, pumps, or similar rotating industrial equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret precision measuring instruments and technical blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, continuous improvement environment.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and collaboration with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation and removal of AC/DC motors and coupled equipment; perform laser alignments and set critical air gaps and seals per OEM specs.
• Use precision tools to diagnose wear and verify tolerances; ensure equipment integrity.
• Perform overhauls replacing bearings, gearboxes, and critical components with specialized tooling.
• Conduct diagnostic tests using Megger®, PdMA MCE, Multimeter, and DLRO for system reliability.
• Maintain safety standards and collaborate with team to hit project goals.
