Qualifications

• Experience with AC/DC motors, gearboxes, pumps or similar rotating equipment.
• Able to read and interpret precision measuring instruments and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer-facing communication.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to work on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site diagnostics, precision repairs, and overhauls of industrial rotating equipment.
• Perform precision assembly, alignment, and set tolerances per OEM specs.
• Conduct detailed mechanical inspections using precision tools.
• Run diagnostic tests with portable equipment to ensure system reliability.
• Maintain safety standards and collaborate to hit project goals.
