Job summary

United Site Services in the United States is seeking a Service Technician who will operate a company service truck, travel to client sites, and service/pump/clean portable restrooms and holding tanks. This role is central to our business and requires safety-minded, reliable service.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of commercial driving experience.
• Valid driver license (CDL or non-commercial).
• Excellent time management, customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic service truck driving functions in accordance with USS and DOT requirements.
• Operate safely to prevent accidents or injuries per USS and DOT safety standards.
• Perform physical duties including lifting up to 150 lbs as needed.
• Service portable toilets according to the 8-point service standard.
• Provide customer service on sites to ensure service quality.
• Adapt routes to meet customer needs and provide routing feedback to leadership.
• Anticipate customer needs for current and future restroom services.
