Job summary

Coesia North America seeks electro-mechanical field service professionals to support, train, and repair packaging machinery at customer sites. You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, program PLCs, and train customer personnel.

Travel will be extensive (75–80% in the U.S. and internationally); strong communication and teamwork are essential. Technical training in electro-mechanical technology or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of electrical systems, PLC programming, and troubleshooting.
• Customer-focused problem solver with proactive mindset.
• Proficiency in electrical and mechanical equipment and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site and telephone support, training, and repair service for customers.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems and PLCs; perform wiring, calibration, and startup.
