Qualifications

• Strong understanding of electrical systems, PLC programming, and troubleshooting.
• Customer-focused problem solver with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
• Technical training in electro-mechanical technology or relevant experience.
• Proficiency in electrical and mechanical equipment and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and telephone support, training and repair service for customers.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, PLCs, HMIs, and motor control circuits.
• Start-up machines in customer plants and ensure proper configuration.
• Train customer personnel on operation and maintenance of equipment.
