Job summary

Partners Pharmacy is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform on-site service, installations, and maintenance of Passport systems across multiple sites. You will troubleshoot, repair, and support customers, scheduling regional calls and ensuring high satisfaction through proactive communication.

The role requires an Associate degree or equivalent, 2+ years of field service experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school (or military training) required
• 2+ years related experience and/or training; prior Field Service technical experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Excellent electro-mechanical skills
• Basic IT knowledge
• Willingness to travel locally and some out-of-state travel

Responsibilities

• Provide field service support and maintenance at customer sites.
• Perform installations and pre-installation surveys.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain Advanced Pharmacy products.
• Schedule calls and manage region-wide service needs.
• Educate customers on basic operation of their machine.
• Document service activity in Dispatch Direct ticket system.
