Job summary

TIBA Parking Controls, part of FAAC Group, seeks a Service Technician to join the team. This role involves on-site service and maintenance of parking and access control hardware/software in the Minneapolis area, with on-call duties and support across multiple products.

The ideal candidate will have electronics/mechanical device knowledge, PC skills, and experience with networking and different operating systems. Installation tasks may be required under PM direction.

Qualifications

• Electronics technical school training or equivalent.
• Ability to work on proprietary software and hardware communications.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• A clean driving record and strong customer communication skills.

Responsibilities

• On-site service and maintenance for parking and access control hardware and software in the Minneapolis area.
• Provide support for multiple products and clients.
• Assist in installation activities under Project Manager supervision.
• Work with various operating systems and networking to establish communications.
• Provide software and hardware support for clients and other field service technicians.
