Job summary

FAAC Spa seeks a Service Technician to join the TIBA Parking Controls team. Ideal candidates will have electronics/automation background and enjoy outdoor work with on-call duties. On-site service and maintenance for parking and access control hardware and software in the Minneapolis area, with opportunities to assist in installations.

Qualifications

• Electronics technical school training or equivalent.
• Ability to work on proprietary software and hardware communications, programming and repair.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Clean driving record.
• SQL Server database maintenance and Microsoft Operating Systems.
• Excellent written and oral communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• On-site service and maintenance for parking and access control hardware and software installations in the Minneapolis area.
• Provide support for multiple products.
• Know ledge of electronics and mechanical devices and PC skills.
• Work with various operating systems and have knowledge of networking.
• Software and hardware support for clients and other field service technicians.
• Assist in installation of Parking and Revenue Control and Access Control equipment under direction of a Project Manager.
