Job summary

Ace Parking is seeking a Service Technician to maintain, repair, and service our clients' equipment and systems. You will be a key player in delivering exceptional service while ensuring profitability for the company.

The successful candidate will perform installation, repair, maintenance, and programming of parking and building access control systems, with IT, low voltage, and Windows server knowledge. This role requires a graveyard shift and a part‑time schedule, with growth potential into

Qualifications

• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with IT systems, low voltage wiring and access control.
• Knowledge of mechanical maintenance, networking, and Windows server configuration.
• Experience with parking revenue control systems, EV charging or SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own service requests and ensure completion on time.
• Install, repair, service, maintain, and program access control systems.
• Provide updates and maintain detailed service records.
