AMAROK Security in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver preventive maintenance, repairs, and system upgrades at customer sites nationwide with overnight travel Monday–Friday. You will join a growing Field Operations team, ensuring secure, reliable perimeter protection for clients.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years hands-on experience with access control or fire alarm systems, OSHA familiarity, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to lift and climb as needed.

Qualifications

• Travel Monday–Friday weekly and be available to service sites within travel radius.
• 2+ years hands-on experience troubleshooting and installing systems.
• OSHA certification or familiarity with OSHA compliance preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and safely climb a ladder up to 30 ft.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades at customer sites.
• Coordinate with Install Department on site planning and commissioning after construction.
• Prioritize daily service calls and route planning for timely completion.
• Build relationships with customers through professional service and support.
• Assist fellow technicians and ensure safe travel and operations.
• Drive safely and comply with traffic laws to reach locations.
• Submit service reports and expense documents within deadlines.
• Track daily inventory and maintain accurate records.
