Responsibilities

• Install, service, and upgrade Pitney Bowes shipping and mailing equipment.
• Support both hardware and software solutions.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to reduce client callbacks.
• Train clients on Pitney Bowes equipment at installation.
• Work in a 100% client-facing capacity as a Pitney Bowes representative.
• Cover a multi-zip code territory with significant windshield time.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

We are seeking mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy working in a client-facing environment. In this role, you will provide service to a variety of clients and support field service for all our shipping and mailing technology, from Inserters to Lockers. A successful Field Service Technician is client-centric, has strong customer service, is comfortable managing significant windshield time, and has experience repairing or troubleshooting both hardware and software solutions.Your primary service area will be within 2 hours of Buffalo, NY; some travel beyond this radius may be required.In this role, you will have a consistent Monday – Friday and 8:00 am - 5:00 pm schedule working in alignment with traditional office hours (some overtime may be required). The wage range for this position is $25 / hour, with the actual pay dependent on your skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements and the location where you will be performing the job.Sponsorship: Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
