Job summary
Aerzen USA Corp. is seeking a Field Service Technician in Seattle to install, service and repair Aerzen products at customer sites, often traveling to customer locations.
You will troubleshoot and diagnose equipment, perform startups and inspections, and provide on-site training while maintaining safety and quality standards. The role requires an associate's degree in electronics technology or equivalent experience, and over four years of field service experience with rotating equipment.
Qualifications
- Associates degree in electronics technology or equivalent experience.
- Over 4 years of field service and repair experience in rotating equipment.
- Experience with Allen Bradley PLC preferred.
- Proficient with TCP/IP networks and RS-485 communications.
Responsibilities
- Performs startups, inspections, troubleshooting and repairs on Aerzen products at customer sites.
- Install, configure and maintain control, instrumentation; manage electrical and fluid connections.
- Travel up to 50%+, coordinate with customers and departments.
- Complete service reports and commissioning graphs; document results.
- Provide customer training onsite.
