Job summary

Pitney Bowes in Phoenix seeks a Field Service Technician to install and configure software/hardware at customer sites and provide end-user training. You will deliver solutions onsite and remotely while building strong client relationships and driving service revenue.

A valid driver's license, ability to lift 55 lbs, and COVID-19 vaccination are required. The role covers up to two hours from Phoenix with some travel, a 8:00 am–5:00 pm schedule, and company car/Mileage benefits within the first

Qualifications

• Understanding of DB connectivity and record set manipulation.
• Strong communication skills both oral and written.
• Understanding of network configuration, operating systems, software, and hardware.
• Ability to adapt to changing product and technology environments.
• Ability to analyze hardware and software problems.
• Willingness to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Able to lift/move up to 55 lbs; valid driver's license with clean record.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure software applications and hardware peripherals at customer sites.
• Provide end-user training and create job aides for client administrators/operators.
• Contribute to revenue growth through sales leads and billable services; earn commissions.
• Deliver solutions remotely and onsite.
• Work independently and make decisions free from immediate direction of management.
• Stay up to date on Pitney Bowes industry knowledge.
