Job summary

SencorpWhite is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support customers in Delaware and the Mid-Atlantic region. The role is field-based with travel to customer sites, performing preventive maintenance and repairs, troubleshooting, reading mechanical and electrical blueprints, and documenting service calls in Salesforce.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong mechanical/electrical aptitude, willingness to travel 50-75%, and be able to obtain vendor credentials.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical blueprints.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and provide remote support when needed.
• Ability to obtain vendor credentials and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Develop the ability to analyze and diagnose machine malfunctions.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide solutions onsite and remotely.
• Perform mechanical and electrical repairs at customer sites.
• Accurately document service calls and maintain records in Salesforce.
• Follow safety procedures and report safety issues promptly.
• Travel 50-75% of the time, including air travel and overnight stays.
