Job summary

SencorpWhite, Inc. is seeking a capable Field Service Technician to complete preventive maintenance and repairs on SencorpWhite equipment at various sites.

You will troubleshoot on-site and remotely, read mechanical and electrical blueprints, and recommend parts or additional service as needed. The role requires excellent mechanical, electrical, and computer aptitude, willingness to travel up to 75% and be on call to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical/military training required.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and computer aptitude.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% and be on call.

Responsibilities

• Learn to analyze machine malfunctions.
• Troubleshoot solutions on site and remotely.
• Repair mechanical and electrical failures on customer sites.
• Read and interpret mechanical and electrical blueprints.
• Suggest parts and/or additional service as needed.
• Document service calls and update Salesforce.com records.
• Adhere to safety procedures and report issues promptly.
• Submit travel expenses within 5 days of travel.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain and upkeep of company equipment.
