Job summary

SencorpWhite, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service equipment in the Delaware/Mid-Atlantic region. The role requires hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and the ability to travel frequently to customer sites.

You will perform mechanical and electrical repairs, read blueprints, update records in Salesforce, and ensure safety protocols are followed. Travel and overtime are expected as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/trade/military training preferred.
• Excellent mechanical, electrical and computer aptitude.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical blueprints.
• Willingness to travel up to 50–75% and overnight stays.
• Willingness to obtain vendor credentials and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Develop the ability to analyze and diagnose machine malfunctions.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues onsite and remotely and provide solutions.
• Perform mechanical and electrical repairs at customer sites.
• Read and comprehend mechanical and electrical blueprints.
• Document service calls and maintain records in Salesforce.
• Follow safety procedures and report issues promptly.
