Job summary

TDS Telecom is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform on-site installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance of telecom equipment for customers in the Butte area. You will engage directly with customers, identify their needs, and provide solutions while promoting TDS products and services.

The role requires in-field availability, travel as needed, and a willingness to work overtime. A sign-on bonus is offered, with additional benefits and a focus on customer satisfaction and community

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site installation, troubleshooting, testing, splicing, and maintenance of telecom equipment.
• Respond to trouble dispatches and provide technical support to customers.
• Maintain records and documentation for network elements and services.
• Educate customers on TDS products and services to identify opportunities.
