Qualifications

• BS or BA degree in a relevant field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Experience serving customers in industrial sectors is preferred.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers on field issues, warranty complaints and resolutions.
• Support site commissioning, service and repair jobs at customer sites.
• Process orders and prepare quotations for standard products.
• Prepare cost estimates and schedule orders according to specifications.
• Read and evaluate customer specifications and requirement documents.
• Compile technical and commercial offer documents and provide training as needed.
• Perform in-house and on-site repairs and service activities.
• Establish a safe work area and adhere to safety requirements.
