Job summary

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Make direct, on-site service calls and respond to customer requests.
• Assess mechanical problems and resolve promptly.
• Lead work crews and collaborate with customer personnel.
• Oversee repair cycles: disassembly, cleaning, inspection, repair, assembly.
• Ensure installation and start-up performed correctly and on schedule.
• Train customers on operation and maintenance procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of time, materials and performed work.
