Job summary

Flowserve Corporation seeks a Field Service Rep to coordinate field issues, warranty resolutions, and site service activities for customers. You will handle site commissioning, repairs, and on-site support while building strong customer relationships.

This role requires effective communication, MS Office proficiency, and travel to various customer locations. Relevant experience in oil & gas, power, chemical, or water industries is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• SAP knowledge in SD, MM, PP modules; experience with integration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers on field issues, warranty complaints and resolutions.
• Support site commissioning, service and repair jobs at customer sites.
• Prepare cost estimates and quotations per specifications.
• Schedule orders and read customer specifications.
