Job summary

Flowserve US Inc. Field Service Technician role involves installing, commissioning, monitoring, and repairing Flowserve pumps, valves, seals, actuators, and related equipment at customer sites.

You will troubleshoot, provide real-time technical support, and propose upgrades or replacements as needed. The position requires travelling to customer facilities, reading blueprints and schematics, and working with Flowserve teams to complete service jobs.

Qualifications

• Experience reading mechanical drawings and schematics.
• Experience with installing mechanical equipment.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Make direct, in-person service calls in response to customer requests.
• Oversee the full cycle of repair: disassembly, cleaning, inspection, repair, and assembly.
• Train customers in proper procedures for operating Flowserve products.
• Collaborate with Flowserve support organizations and keep records of work performed.
