SONSRAY in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Field Service Technician to service CASE construction machinery in the shop or at customer sites. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment, ensuring high-quality workmanship and safety.

Travel to customer locations, document repairs, and follow OEM procedures. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly pay range and a benefits package that supports employee growth and well-being.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment (construction or heavy machinery preferred).
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• Proficient in using hand, pneumatic, and electric tools safely.
• Basic computer literacy for documentation and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be over 21 years of age.
• Possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License for company driving purposes.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, and electrical components.
• Travel regularly to customer and prospective client locations to perform on-site repairs and maintenance.
• Document repairs and maintenance using computer records.
• Follow OEM procedures and safety rules for all tasks.
