The role requires 5–10 years of mechanical experience with construction equipment, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years mechanical experience in construction equipment.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing construction equipment.
• Willingness to work in shop and field environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform service maintenance and repairs on CASE machinery in shop and field.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair engines, transmissions, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
• Perform welding and structural repairs per OEM guidelines.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and ensure equipment is restored to optimal condition.
• Maintain accurate service records.
