Job summary

DNOW is seeking a Service Technician to deliver field service and customer support with on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing tasks. The role focuses on diagnosing technical issues, completing service reports, and maintaining strong customer relationships in a dynamic field environment.

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexible shifts. Familiarity with field automation systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
• Assembly experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, maintain, and test equipment on site.
• Diagnose errors and determine proper solutions.
• Produce timely and detailed service reports.
• Document processes and share information with the team.
• Operate vehicle safely and use field automation systems.
• Build positive relationships with customers.
