Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
• Tie workflow to schedule and manage on-site tasks.
• Perform on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing of equipment.
• Diagnose errors and determine proper solutions.
• Produce timely and detailed service reports and document processes.
• Operate vehicle safely and follow field procedures.
• Cooperate with technical teams and share information across the organization.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate recommendations.
