Ideal candidates have a High School diploma and strong communication skills, with the ability to troubleshoot equipment and adapt to flexible shifts. The role emphasizes safety, collaboration with the technical team, and productive customer engagement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and adapt to schedules.
• Familiarity with mobile tools and applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
• Tie workflow to schedule.
• Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions on equipment.
• Produce timely and detailed service reports.
• Document processes and cooperate with technical team.
• Operate vehicle safely and use field automation systems.
• Build positive relationships with customers.
