Job summary

DNOW is seeking a Service Technician in Williston, ND to deliver field service, perform on-site installation, repair and maintenance, and diagnose equipment issues. You will produce detailed reports, document processes, and ensure safety during operations.

You will build strong customer relationships and provide actionable recommendations based on customer needs. The role requires a HS diploma, strong communication skills, troubleshooting ability, and flexibility to work shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair technical equipment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts.
• Familiarity with field mobile tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
• Tie workflow to schedule
• Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions on equipment.
• Produce timely and detailed service reports
• Document processes
• Operate vehicle in a safe manner and use field automation systems
• Follow all company\'s field procedures and protocols
• Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings within capabilities.
