Ideal candidates have strong mechanical/electrical skills, ability to read manuals, and experience with service-tracking systems. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1-2 years of field service experience.
• Experience reading technical manuals and service docs.
• Experience with service tracking systems preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, calibration, and repairs on customer equipment.
• Travel to customer sites to provide on-site service and support.
• Respond to service requests and perform corrective repairs.
• Support equipment installations, upgrades, and new deployments.
• Maintain inventory of tools and repair parts.
• Document service activities and parts used in work orders.
• Identify replacement parts and cost-effective service options.
• Participate in special assignments and field evaluations.
