Minimum Education Required

Required Experience

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to travel, both via vehicle and by air, within the Continental USA (overnight travel will be required).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to read technical manuals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional customer‑facing demeanor.
• Physical ability to lift, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, or on call as needed. Weekends are rarely required but may occur from time to time.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a customer-service-oriented technical role.
• At least two years of hands‑on experience in mechanical, electrical, or related technical work
