Job summary

Progressive Recovery, Inc. is seeking Field Service Technicians to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain PRI equipment at customer sites. You will provide on-site training, test safety alarms, and support customers via phone or remote connections.

Strong knowledge of PLCs, electrical schematics, and field safety procedures is required. Travel is typically 40-60% domestically and internationally; a valid driver's license and professional demeanor are essential to support customers and work

Qualifications

• Certificate or equivalent education/experience in industrial controls or electrical automation technology.
• Demonstrated aptitude with electro-mechanical systems (pumps, piping, pneumatics, PLCs).
• Experience with PLC controls, preferably Allen Bradley and Siemens.
• Must travel domestically and internationally (40-60%).

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain PRI equipment at customer sites.
• Provide on-site training to customers on proper use and safety.
• Test operational sequencing and safety alarms.
• Provide technical support via phone or remote connections.
• Work with electrical schematics, mechanical blueprints and other docs.
• Generate reports and feedback to management and departments.
