Job summary

Werres Corporation seeks a Field Service Technician to troubleshoot electro-mechanical problems and perform installations and scheduled maintenance on forklift equipment at customer sites. The role includes traveling to client sites, documenting service calls, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

You will be trained to become a Raymond Certified Technician through Basic Certified levels, with benefits in a safety-conscious, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school education and 1–3 years mechanical, electrical and hydraulic experience or equivalent training.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Experience with mechanical and electrical systems in a similar setting.
• Proficiency using computer and iPad for service documentation.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electro-mechanical problems at customer sites.
• Install, repair and perform scheduled maintenance on equipment.
• Complete service calls with neat, accurate documentation.
• Follow safety rules and dispose of hazardous waste properly.
• Maintain and organize service van and tools.
