Job summary

The Raymond Corporation is hiring a Field Service Technician to perform maintenance, troubleshooting and repair on forklifts for customers across the assigned territory. You will diagnose issues, replace parts, and ensure equipment runs safely and efficiently.

You will operate within a Monday–Friday schedule, enjoy a company vehicle with a fuel card, and receive paid training and a Windows tablet to support field work. Benefits and 401k with company matching accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a trade school or 2-year college.
• Previous mechanical experience with lift trucks, automotive, aviation, or military environments is preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort fixing equipment and parts.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair on forklifts.
• Work across assigned territory to service customer equipment and ensure uptime.
• Document work performed and maintain tools and parts inventory.
